Everyone knows that the first step to start a business is to register a company. But company registration is not a trivial matter. Many friends are not familiar with the process of company registration. If this first step is wrong, then the entrepreneurial road will not go smoothly. What materials are required for company registration? What is the basic process?
1、 Prepare relevant materials:
1. Application for Registration of Company Establishment signed by the legal representative of the company;
2. Articles of Association signed by all shareholders;
3. Qualification certificate of legal person shareholder or ID card of natural person shareholder and copies thereof;
4. Copies of appointment documents and ID cards of directors, supervisors and managers;
5. Certificate of designated representative or entrusted agent;
6. The agent's ID card and its copy;
7. Residence use certificate.
Note: The preparation of proof materials for residence use can be divided into the following three situations:
(1) If it is your own property, you should prepare a copy of the property certificate and a copy of your ID card;
(2) If the house is rented, a copy of the property certificate signed by the landlord, a copy of the landlord's ID card, a lease contract signed and sealed by both parties and a rental invoice are required;
(3) If it is an office building under the name of a leased company, a copy of the property ownership certificate affixed with the company's official seal, a copy of the company's business license, a lease contract signed and sealed by both parties and a rental invoice are required.

2、 Company registration
The first step is to verify the name of the enterprise
To complete the enterprise name verification, you need to prepare several materials, including:
1. Application for Pre approval of Enterprise Name signed by all investors
2. Certificate of Designated Representative or Jointly Authorized Agent signed by all investors
3. Copy of the ID card of the designated representative or jointly entrusted agent (indicating the authority and authorization period of the designated representative or jointly entrusted agent)
4. If the name of the application includes "China", "China", "country", "international" and other similar words, a copy of the approval document of the State Council shall be submitted
After the above materials are prepared and the company type, name, registered capital, shareholders and proportion of capital contribution are determined, you can go to the Administration for Industry and Commerce to submit an application for name verification on site or online. It takes about 1-3 working days to complete the name verification. If the audit fails, the name needs to be checked again.
The second step is to submit materials
After passing the name verification and confirming the address information, executive information, business scope and other information, you can submit the pre application online. After the online prequalification is passed, you can go to the Administration for Industry and Commerce to submit application materials according to the appointment time. This process takes about 5-15 working days.
The third step is to get a license
Take the notice of approval for establishment registration, the original ID card and UnionPay card of the applicant, etc. to the Administration for Industry and Commerce to get the original and duplicate of the business license.
The fourth step is to carve a chapter
With the business license, go to the seal engraving point designated by the Public Security Bureau to handle: the company's official seal, financial seal, contract seal, legal representative seal, invoice seal, etc. After completing the above steps, the company registration is basically completed.
