7. Handling the capital verification report: take the shareholder's payment form issued by the bank, the bank's letter of inquiry sealed by the bank, the articles of association, the notice of verification, the rent contract, and the copies of the property certificate to the accounting firm to handle the capital verification report.

8. Registered company: go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to get various forms of company registration, including registration application form, list of shareholders (promoters), supervision of directors and managers, registration form of legal representative, registration form of designated representative or entrusted agent. After filling in the form, submit it to the Administration for Industry and Commerce together with the notice of verification, articles of association, rent contract, copy of property certificate and capital verification report.

9. Handle the official seal and financial seal: go to the designated place to engrave the official seal and financial seal with the business license. In the subsequent steps, the official seal or financial seal is required.

10. Open a basic account in the bank: open a basic account in the bank with the business license and organization code certificate. It can be handled in the same branch of the bank that originally handled the capital verification, or it will cost a little more.

11. Application for receiving and purchasing invoices: If your company sells goods, you should go to the National Tax Bureau to apply for invoices. If it is a service company, apply for an invoice at the local tax bureau.
