What needs to be done after company registration? Many people think that after the business license is issued, the company can operate normally. 1、 The boss was very happy to get the business license, but we still need to do something next.
The first is financial registration. Now the financial registration can be handled in the lobby or online and told to the tax bureau. My company has been established. Next, I should fulfill my obligations as a taxpayer. These are financial registration.
The second is to open a property account. Take the company's information to ICBC to open a basic account, also known as corporate account.
The third thing is to go to the Social Security Bureau and open a social security and provident fund account. In this way, employees of the company can access social security and provident fund.
The fourth thing is to declare taxes in time. Relevant business declaration shall be carried out monthly and periodically according to the requirements of the tax bureau. For example, personal income tax is declared on a monthly basis, value-added tax, surtax, and corporate income tax. Small scale enterprises declare on a quarterly basis.
The fifth thing is the industrial and commercial annual report. Before June 30 of the next year, we need to make an annual industrial and commercial report on the operation of the company in the previous year. 2、 Notes for registered company:
1. The same industry in the same region cannot have the same name
2. Arabic numerals, alphabetic letters, special characters and foreign languages cannot be used when naming
3. Names should not violate well-known trademarks, confuse well-known companies, or use celebrity brands
4. The name that passes the pre query does not mean that it is finally available. It can be determined through the online application stage;
5. The changed name is not available within one year, the cancelled name is not available within one year, and the revoked name is not available for less than three years;
6. The company name approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce can only be used after secondary approval in the final place of registration;
7. The name of a company approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce may not be adjusted to its shareholders until the business license is obtained.
