1、 How to name a registered company
1. The form of company name:
(1) Region+name+industry characteristics+organization form, for example: Suzhou+enterprise second brother+network technology+limited company;
(2) Brand name+region+industry characteristics+organization form, for example: Enterprise Second Brother+(Suzhou)+Network Technology+Co., Ltd;
(3) Brand name+industry characteristics+region+organization form, for example: enterprise second brother+network technology+(Suzhou)+Co., Ltd.
2. Precautions for company naming:
(1) Cannot have the same name. Companies with duplicate names in the same or similar industries cannot be registered. For example, "Enterprise Second Brother Network Technology" and "Enterprise Second Brother Information Technology" are synonymous.
(2) Do not violate well-known trademarks. For example, "Wanda" is a well-known trademark and cannot be registered as a company name.
(3) It cannot be confused with the name of well-known companies. For example, "New Microsoft", "Microsoft House", etc. cannot be registered as company names.
(4) Industry generic vocabulary cannot be used. For example, "Suzhou Computer Technology Co., Ltd." cannot be registered as a company name.
(5) Try not to use the region name and abbreviation. For example, Shenzhen, Beijing and Beijing cannot be registered as company names.
(6) Traditional Chinese, numbers and English are not allowed. The registered company can only be simplified.
(7) Celebrity font size cannot be used. For example, Ma Yun and Wang Jianlin cannot be registered as company names.
(8) No religious overtones. For example, Buddhism and Islam cannot be registered as company names.
2、 Registration verification process of registered company:
1. First, log on to the website of the local industry and commerce bureau, look for the "online service" in the page navigation, and click to enter;
2. Enter the customer login interface. If you already have an account, log in directly. If you are a new user, first click Member Registration to register an account, then enter the customer registration interface, fill in the login information and customer basic information according to the prompts, and click Confirm after filling in;
3. After completing the user information and clicking Confirm, the website will automatically enter the account details page, click "Name Review", and the "Name Pre registration Application Processing" page will appear on the right, and select "Name Change Registration Application Processing";
4. Then the website will automatically jump to the "Application for Name Change Registration" page, select the company type according to its own conditions: domestic enterprises (or foreign-funded enterprises) → investor status → company type, click Next;
5. Then fill in according to the page reminder, and click "Submit" after filling in;
6. Wait for the name audit result. If the audit is passed, download and print the Notice of Enterprise Name Pre approval.
After that, just take the downloaded and printed Notice and the raw materials that other registered companies need to submit, and go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to carry out the following operations of the registered company in order.
3、 Company registration process
1. Prepare more company names, because there are many duplicate names, and then go through the name verification. The company name can be in the form of region+shop name+industry name+composition, such as Suzhou Qierge Network Technology Co., Ltd.
2. Prepare relevant certificates of registered address, business scope, ID card of shareholder legal person and other materials, submit them online for preliminary review, and go to the Administration for Industry and Commerce to submit materials after preliminary review;
3. Get the business license. Bring the notice of approval for establishment registration and the original ID card of the applicant to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to get the original and duplicate of the business license.
4. Handle subsequent matters such as seal engraving and filing, bank account opening, tax verification and payment, social security account opening, etc.
