02 The text and graphics of the trademark should be registered separately

When applying for registration of combined trademarks, it is better to register the words and graphics separately, so as to reduce the risk of registration failure. Because, if the text and graphics are combined for registration, the Trademark Office will reject the whole trademark as long as any part is found not in conformity with the provisions during the examination.

03 Before applying for trademark registration, please check the similarity

05 Pay attention to the copyright ownership of trademark logo
