1、 Basic principles
1. An enterprise shall choose its own name according to law and apply for registration. The enterprise shall enjoy the right of name from the date of establishment.
2. The name of an enterprise shall be composed of administrative divisions, shop names, industries and organizational forms in turn. For example: Dalian Haiping Wood Industry Co., Ltd. Among them, "Dalian" is an administrative division, "Haiping" is a brand, "Wood Industry" is an industry (business characteristics), and "Limited Company" is an organizational form.
3. The name of an enterprise legal person shall not contain the name of any other legal person, and the name of an enterprise branch shall be preceded by the name of the enterprise to which it belongs.
4. The enterprise name shall use Chinese characters that meet the national standards, and shall not use foreign characters, Chinese phonetic alphabets, or Arabic numerals.
5. The enterprise name shall not contain the following contents and words:
（1） It is detrimental to the interests of the state and the public;
（2） It may cause deception or misunderstanding to the public;
（3） Names of foreign countries (regions) and international organizations;
（4） Party name, party, government and military organ name, mass organization name, social organization name and army serial number;
（5） It is prohibited by other laws and administrative regulations.
