Company name does not include administrative divisions

（1） Only one business name can be indicated on the business license of the enterprise;

2. The enterprise name shall use Chinese characters that meet the national standards;

3. The corporate name of an enterprise shall not contain the names of some other legal persons, unless otherwise specified by the State Administration for Development, Industry and Commerce and the State Administration of Resources;

4. If an enterprise's product name needs to be translated into a foreign language for use, it can be used by the enterprise in the process of translation on its own according to the principle of text translation, and it does not need to be reported to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for approval and registration.

5. The enterprise name shall not include other enterprise names. The name of an enterprise branch shall be subject to the name of the enterprise to which it belongs;

Unapproved company name

1. Other acts in violation of laws and administrative regulations.

2. It has the same product name as the enterprise whose registration has been cancelled or whose business license has been revoked for less than 3 years;

3. Same as the original name of other enterprises whose names have been changed for less than one year;

4. The names and numbers of enterprises in the same industry approved or registered by the same industrial and commercial administrative authority are the same, except for investment relations;

The company name cannot contain phrases

（1） Damage to national and social public interests;

2. Foreign languages, Chinese learning pinyin letters, Arabic numerals;

3. Names of political parties, parties, governments, military organs, mass organizations, social organizations, and the number of soldiers;

4. Prohibited by other laws and administrative regulations;

It may cause deception or misunderstanding to the public;

6. Names of foreign countries (regions) and international organizations;

In case that a registered company cannot pass the name verification of China's industry and commerce, we must not worry. We should carefully study and analyze the non-compliance of our own company name.
