It is worth noting that if a registered trademark contains the general name, figure, model of the goods, or directly represents the quality, main raw materials, function, use, weight, quantity and other characteristics of the goods, or contains a place name, the exclusive right holder of the registered trademark has no right to prohibit others from using it properly.
