Society is developing and science and technology are progressing. The development of the company also needs to keep pace with the times. In many cases, the company also needs to change its business and change its business scope. If a company changes its business scope according to the Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of making the resolution or decision of change; If the change of the company's business scope involves items that are required to be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or decisions of the State Council, the company shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of approval by the relevant national departments. The specific process is as follows:

1、 Change of business scope of business license

1. Convene a shareholders' meeting to form a resolution of the shareholders' meeting to change the business scope;

2. Modify the business scope in the Articles of Association according to the resolution;

3. Bring the resolution of the shareholders' meeting, the amended articles of association, and the original and duplicate of the original business license to the industrial and commercial administrative department to apply for registration of changes in the business scope;

4. Get and fill in the application form for change registration, preferably with the official seal and the corporate seal, and submit it together with the above information;

5. It is OK to get the business license of the enterprise legal person after the change (the change registration fee needs to be paid);

6. Then change the tax registration certificate of the company. In this step, show the original business license of the changed enterprise legal person to the tax department and provide a copy;

7. In addition to changing the tax registration certificate, the organization code shall be applied to the corresponding quality and technical supervision department.

1. The original and photocopy of the duplicate of the business license of the enterprise legal person;

2. The original and copy of the changed organization code certificate;

3. The original and photocopy of the ID card of the legal representative;

4. Original and duplicate of tax registration certificate;

5. Other relevant information.

3、 Data submitted for change of organization code certificate

1. Original and photocopy of duplicate of business license;

2. Copy of ID card of legal person (person in charge) and handler (A4 paper);

3. Official seal;

4. Organization code certificate.
