1、 Personal inquiry graphic trademark process

1. Log in to China Trademark Website and click the "Trademark Query" option.

2. Read the disclaimer carefully and click "I accept".

3. After entering the service page, click "Trademark approximate query".

4. Click "Select Query", enter the commodity category, select "Graph" as the query method, determine the desired query type and graph code, and click "Query".

5. Select a query type: The query type includes "Include any code retrieval (union) (hereinafter referred to as union query)" and "Include all code retrieval (intersection) (hereinafter referred to as intersection query)". Union query means that the query result contains all graphic trademarks retrieved from each group of graphic codes, and "Intersection" query means that the query result contains the common graphic trademarks retrieved from each group of graphic codes. Generally, the union search method needs to be selected.

6. Fill in the query code: the Trademark Office first divides the non written things into 29 categories horizontally according to the specific rules, such as species, shape and other elements. Vertically, each category is divided into several subcategories according to the specific rules, and several subcategories are divided into subcategories. Each level is given a number symbol. When filling in the graphic code, you can click the magnifying glass small label on the right of the graphic code box. Then enter the text and click Search to select. After selecting, click Add Search.

7. The applicant can click "Select All" - "Details" to view the specific contents of all similar trademarks; You can also click the "Select" button below the trademark, and then click the "Details" to view the specific information of each trademark.
