1、 Application for change of business license (handled at the local industrial and commercial bureau)

Application materials :

one 、 Application for registration of change signed by the legal representative of the company;

two 、 The certificate (power of attorney) of the agent entrusted by the company and the copy of the client's work card or ID card;

three 、 Resolutions of the shareholders' meeting;

4. The amended Articles of Association (including amendments);

5. Proof of new residence, lease agreement shall be submitted for the leased house, and the term of the agreement must be more than one year (attach a copy of the ownership certificate);

six 、 Original and duplicate of business license, original and duplicate of IC card (electronic version of business license)+copy (with official seal);

seven 、 Other relevant documents. 2、 Handle industrial and commercial transfer out (go to the local industrial and commercial bureau for handling)

Application materials:

Notice of Enterprise Relocation (Note: the enterprise submits the Notice of Enterprise Relocation to the registration authority at the place where the enterprise moves out; the registration authority at the place where the enterprise moves out sends the registration files to the registration authority at the place where the enterprise moves in by registered mail.)

3、 Get a new business license (go to the local industrial and commercial bureau for processing)

4、 Change of organization code certificate

Application materials:

1. Code change application form;

2. Legal person identity certificate;

3. Xeroxed copies of the changed industrial and commercial business license and the approval of each department;

4. The original and duplicate of the original code certificate, and the code certificate IC card.

Time limit: 3 working days for renewal.

5、 Change of tax registration certificate

Application materials:

1. Original (original and duplicate) of the original tax registration certificate;

2. Application Form for Change of Tax Registration affixed with official seal;

3. Business license/registration certificate/registration certificate/other approved practice certificates (original+copy);

4. Organization code certificate (original+copy);

5. The original of the house property right certificate/use right certificate of the registered/operating place (the new house number certificate issued by the Public Security Bureau shall be provided if the house number is changed), and the lease contract (the sublease agreement shall be provided if the sublease is involved).

6. Registration Form of Housing, Land, Vehicles and Ships (one form and three copies).

The registered address of the company is the content shown on the business license, which shows its importance. Therefore, after the company moves, the registered address must be changed.
