1. When a domestic funded enterprise becomes a foreign-funded enterprise, it shall obtain the approval of the examination and approval authority, and submit an application to the original registration authority with the Certificate of Approval and the approval document.
2. The original registration authority reviewed the materials submitted by the enterprise, and if they meet the requirements, they shall, within 5 working days, transfer the Letter of Recommendation on Registration of Enterprise Type Change and the enterprise files to the foreign-funded enterprise registration authority.
3. Within 30 days from the date of approval by the examination and approval authority, the applicant shall carry the materials issued by the original registration authority to go through the registration of changes at the foreign-capital enterprise registration authority. After accepting the application, the registration authority of foreign-funded enterprises shall make a decision of approval or rejection within 5 working days. For approved enterprises, the change registration procedures shall be followed, and the corresponding business license of enterprise legal person shall be issued. At the same time, the Receipt of Suggestion Letter for Enterprise Type Change Registration shall be returned to the domestic enterprise registration authority, and the change registration materials shall be filed together with the original enterprise registration files; In case of rejection, the Reply to the Letter of Recommendation on Registration of Enterprise Type Change and the original enterprise registration files shall be returned to the domestic enterprise registration authority.
